Pineapple Salsa
2 cups chunk pineapple (drained)
¼ cup pineapple juice
½ cup finely chopped Red Bell Pepper
¼ cup finely chopped Green Bell Pepper
1 Tablespoon finely chopped green onion
2 Tablespoons cilantro or parsley
2 Tablespoons chopped jalapeno chilies
